a note from our founder
The Thalathaea journey began a few months after my second baby was born. With two beautiful kids on the go, I found myself constantly washing my hands, and my sensitive skin was becoming increasingly dry, cracked and unbearably painful. I ritually applied creams and lotions to try to overcome the pain and embarrassment I was feeling, but each time I washed my hands, any nourishment or relief was instantly stripped away.
I tried so many different products in search of a non-pharmaceutical hand wash that would nourish rather than dehydrate, and be gentle enough to allow my skin to heal. Yet each new product came with more disappointment, and my hands remained dry, cracked and very tired. And when all the options were exhausted, Thalathaea was born. A luxurious, gentle, efficacious formula made from the highest quality, ethical ingredients, thoughtfully designed to cleanse, hydrate, replenish and restore with deep love and care.
Our range has completely transformed my hand + body routine into a thalassic daily ritual, and I hope it brings the same relief, and self-care to your daily routine.
